Admission Procedure
Admission to first year
Entrance examinations will be taken for admission in the first year for all bachelor's and diploma courses. Admission to the Bachelor programme for diploma holders in their second year will be made through a Lateral Entry entrance test administered by the Institute.
Important Instruction
- Candidates are recommended to carefully observe the guidelines. The Institute reserves the right to make changes to the rules without prior notification.
- The students' parents or legal guardians must agree with all the rules outlined in this prospectus. The Institute's policies, procedures, and fees are subject to change at any time, and they continue to apply mutatis mutandis to accepted candidates.
- The admissions process in the superintendent's office should receive a completely finished application.
- Candidates in respect of whom the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared by the last date of admission in the institute due to any reason whatsoever (an incomplete or withheld result, a supplementary examination, etc.), shall not be eligible for admission under any circumstances.
- Candidates are required to produce 3 photographs (passport size), an SLC or CLC, and an original copy of all academic certificates.
- Candidates should bring the previous receipts at the time of paying the next instalment, filling out the form, obtaining the certificate, etc.
- Candidates can deposit their admission fees, tuition fees, examination fees, hostel fees, and other dues directly into their respective college bank accounts, e.g., KCM (BCA), KCM (BBA), etc., through NetBanking, NEFT, BHIM, and other modalities. Further, they will get a fee receipt from the accounts department after producing and verifying payment proof.
