General Rules
- Students should maintain silence in the classroom, library, and corridors.
- On college campuses, students are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones.
- Students must pay for all the damages they cause to library books or other college properties.
- Any harsh or insulting language used in the college or office or written in the letter may affect the continuity of training.
- The discipline of the institute or college is to be strictly observed. For a breach of discipline, a student may be fined or expelled from the institute or college. No refund of the fee will be allowed.
- A minimum attendance of 50% is mandatory. Students should obtain return permission for leave prior to the commencement of their absence. In the event that the leave is taken on medical grounds, an authentic medical certificate should be provided.
- If a student fails to take an examination for one reason or another, the institute or college will not entertain any claim for a refund of the fees.
- All fees must be paid within the specified time frame, or a fine will be imposed; admission may be cancelled if payments are not made on time.
- The college routine involves physical and extracurricular activities during which a student may be exposed to accidental injuries. In spite of all precautions, the college will not be held responsible for any such eventualities. Thus, the parents will hold the institution indemnified against all claims.
- Students will not be allowed to entertain their parents, guardians, relatives, or friends during college time.
- It is mandatory that students appear for all internal assessment tests and sessional exams.
- Dress code: students must wear the prescribed uniform. Girls should tie their hair back and cut their nails. Boys should shave their beards cleanly.
- No beverages are allowed in the class rooms.
Admission Rules
- A student cannot withdraw from a university or college once admitted and enrolled. If so, then the student who wants to quit the course should adhere to the financial rules and regulations of the institution.
- The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will not be transferable to any other year.
Hostel Rules
- Students are not allowed to use any heavy electric appliances in the hostel.
- Students are allowed to go on outings only on Sundays.
- Study hours in the hostel should be strictly followed by the students, and the phones should be handed over to the authorities during study hours.
- Visitors can visit the students only on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Relatives and parents are not allowed in the hostel.
- Students are not to keep expensive articles, and management is not responsible for the loss of their belongings.
- Authorities have the right to search the hostel or students' personal belongings at any time without prior information to maintain the discipline of the students.
- No outside foods are allowed inside the hostel, except fruits.
- Students are not allowed to use phones in the corridors and terrace.
- The hostel does not allow food waste. Food should not be taken inside the hostel room.
- Students are allowed to go on outings only on Sundays.
